Shipping Policy

We offer flat rate shipping Australia-wide for $12.95 via Australia Post (tracked shipping). Flat rate shipping applies to orders up to 10kg. Orders over 10kg may incur additional freight charges.

Express Shipping is available for $15.95. Please note Express Shipping applies to delivery speed only and does not reduce our packing times. Rush Order is available when items are needed by a specific date, especially within the same week and is charged at $25.95 to have your order prioritised and put to the front of the packing queue and ship out with Express Shipping. 

Packing & Dispatch Times

Orders are usually packed within 3-5 business days, however during promotional periods, peak seasons, or circumstances beyond our control, dispatch times may extend up to 9-10 business days (in rare instances).

If you require your order urgently, we recommend selecting Rush Order at the checkout. Rush Orders are priority packed and shipped via tracked Express Shipping (dispatched within 2 business days). 

Once your order has been scheduled for shipping, you will receive a tracking number via email. 

Delivery Information

Delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and are outside of our control. Deliveries to WA, NT and rural areas may take longer.

We are not affiliated with Australia Post and do not have access to their internal systems. Any tracking updates, delivery delays, lost parcels, or delivery enquiries must be directed to Australia Post. 

Warm Weather & Melt Risk

Chocolate and confectionery products are purchased at the customer's own risk during warmer weather. 

We strongly recommend selecting Express Shipping, particularly for WA, NT, rural areas and during the warmer months (Spring/Summer), to reduce transit times and the risk of melting or heat damage. Signature on delivery is also recommended to prevent parcels being left unattended upon delivery. 

While we take every care in packaging your order, we are not responsible for melted, heat affected, damaged, or spoiled items during transit or delivery. Express Shipping helps reduce risk but is not guarantee against heat damage. 

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for melted or heat affected items. 

Responsibility Once Shipped

All parcels leave us in perfect condition and are checked during packing. Once your order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. 

What we are not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost or stolen parcels
  • Parcels marked as delivered 
  • Damage during transit
  • Parcels left in a safe place by Australia Post
  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If your parcel is lost, stolen, or damaged, you will need to lodge a claim directly with Australia Post. 

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts or returned to sender from not being collected at your local post office, will not be refunded or replaced. If you would like the parcel resent, additional postage charges will apply. 

Order Updates

Once your order is placed, we do not provide individual progress updates unless we need to contact you regarding your order. If you have not heard from us, please rest assured your order is being prepared and will be shipped as soon as possible.
