Shipping Policy

A flat rate of $11.95 will be charged for your order Australia wide. We use Australia Post as our preferred shipping method. Packing times are usually between 3-5 business days however this is a general guide only as our packing times can push out to 7 business days during promotional periods and for reasons beyond our control (ie: staffing levels, lockdowns, order intake etc). Any delays from shipping companies are also out of our control. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been scheduled for shipping. Deliveries to WA & NT do take longer to be delivered, the best way to keep up to date with your parcel is via your tracking number. Any updates to the tracking number are not in our control and are updated by Australia Post. We are not affiliated with Australia Post and do not have access to their system, if you have any concerns regarding your delivery you will need to contact Australia Post for further information. Signature on Delivery is available as an option at the checkout. If you would like your order to be signed for on delivery please ensure you select this, as it does not come as standard and incurs an additional fee. *Rush Orders include signature on delivery. 

Express Post is available at a rate of $14.50. Express shipping applies to delivery only and does not reduce packing times. Your order will still be placed in the queue to be packed, it doesn't mean your order jumps ahead of the queue. Express Shipping is a method of shipping provided by Australia Post to deliver your items to you faster than standard shipping.

If you need your order fast or do not want to wait for packing times, we highly recommend selecting Rush Order at the checkout. Rush Order means your order will jump ahead of the queue and will be priority packed and shipped (using Express Shipping) the next business day. Please contact us to find out current queue status and packing timeframes when orders are needed by a specific date so we can do our best to assist in getting your items to you in time for your event or deadline.

At times of surge and peak operation your order may be delayed but please be patient as we work through preparing all orders and get them shipped as quickly as possible. Delays during these times can be up to 10 business days, but please be rest assured knowing we work as quickly as we can to ship your order to you. 

Once your order has been placed we do not provide shipping or progress updates to your order, unless we contact you regarding your selections. If you do not hear from us, please be assured that we have received your order and we are working on getting it out to you as quickly as we can.

Due to the current situation with COVID we cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays or delays resulting from lockdowns or stock shortages/delays.

Once your package leaves us we cannot be held responsible for any time delays or damage/losses that may unfortunately occur. We ensure that your parcel leaves us in perfect condition & all items are checked off while being packed. If your parcel has been damaged (including broken or split packaging, melted items or the like), lost or items missing during transit you will need to lodge a claim via Australia Post as we do not compensate for any damages or lost parcels. Please note: chocolate items are purchased at the customer’s risk & any items (chocolate or confectionery) delivered melted come under damaged items & will need to be directed to Australia Post for a claim. To ensure safe arrival please select signature on delivery in case the courier decides to leave the parcel out (especially in the warmer months) as where Aust Post deem a safe place to leave parcels is not in our control and will not be compensated, refunded or replaced for damages sustained to items left out by Australia Post. Once your package has been scheduled for shipping it is no longer in our control as to how long it takes for it to be delivered to you. We will not be held responsible and refunds will not be granted for orders where the incorrect shipping address has been entered or selected. Please check your address is correct prior to placing your order as any parcels that are shipped to the wrong address or returned to sender will not be refunded or replaced. If you request your items be resent you will be invoiced a re-send postage fee and once this has been paid we will be able to reschedule your items for redelivery. If after 30 days the invoice hasn't been paid the system will automatically cancel the order and no refund or replacement will be granted. You will receive a tracking number once your item has been scheduled for shipping, however any updates to that tracking number is out of our control. If your parcel is not delivered or missing it is not our responsibility to follow this up, you will need to contact Australia Post directly and lodge a complaint with them as they don't deal with us directly. Once it leaves us it is out of our control as to the shipping and delivery process.
